Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase.
However, exchanges will only be accepted if:
- Order received was damaged in transit.
- Order received was incorrect.
If any of the 2 exists, you may return the product exactly as you have received, with unworn and original packaging. Once we receive the product, we will perform the quality check and we will replace the same product with a new one.
If you wish to make a return for damaged/incorrect product received, you need to notify us with 24hrs of receiving the product. Email us on email@example.com
You are required to mail us the photographs and unboxing video without any pause of the damaged/incorrect product. It is the discretion of our Quality Check team whether the product is approved for return.
After we approve your mail, you have to dispatch the product to our return address within 2 days of our approval mail and mail us the details with tracking information. We will refund back the return shipping amount (upto Rs. 100) within 10 days.
Once we receive the damaged/incorrect product, we will dispatch the repaired/new product ASAP.
**We are responsible for any damaged packages or packages lost in transit. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified of.
**All our SALES ARE FINAL. We don’t follow return and refund policy if:
- Package lost in shipment.
- Package refused by recipient.
- Products have been returned in used conditions.
- Products returned due to sizing issue.
- Incorrect delivery address.
- If jewellery is not faulty or damaged in any conditions.
- If jewellery is not liked by you.
- Minor variations of color or design of the jewellery.
